2 cups plain yogurt

¼ cup smooth peanut butter

1 tablespoon strawberry or raspberry jelly/jam

Optional: non-dairy yogurt for dairy-free version

Optional: sunflower butter for nut-free version

Instructions

4. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.

5. Once frozen, lift from the dish and cut into 12 pieces.

Notes

Storage: Keep your Peanut Butter & Jelly Frozen Yogurt Bark in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 8 weeks.

Tips: Use full-fat yogurt for a creamier, non-icy texture. Avoid overmixing to preserve beautiful swirls.

Variations: Substitute with dairy-free or nut-free options as needed.
