Ingredients
1 box chocolate cake mix
8 oz Cool Whip or whipped topping
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
30–32 Oreo cookies
12 tablespoons cold butter, sliced
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Place 24 Oreos in a single layer on the bottom of the dish.
3. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the Oreos.
4. Spread Cool Whip gently over the top without mixing.
5. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the entire surface.
6. Slice cold butter and place it evenly over the cake mix.
7. Chop remaining Oreos and sprinkle over the butter.
8. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until bubbling and golden around the edges.
9. Let cool slightly, then serve warm by the spoonful.
Notes
Always serve warm—this cake is at its gooey best fresh out of the oven. If cooled, reheat before serving for that perfect texture.
Try topping with vanilla ice cream or extra crushed Oreos for a decadent finish.
