Ingredients
1½ cups plain full-fat yogurt or cashew yogurt
Optional: 1–2 tsp maple syrup, honey, or date syrup
½ cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
¼ cup granola
Optional: banana slices, nut butter, or chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Spread yogurt evenly into a thin ½-inch layer.
3. Sprinkle berries and granola evenly on top.
4. Add banana slices, nut butter, or chocolate chips if desired.
5. Freeze for 2–3 hours until solid.
6. Break into pieces and enjoy straight from the freezer.
Notes
Storage: Store frozen yogurt bark in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
Tip: Use full-fat or Greek yogurt for a creamy, non-icy texture.
