Ingredients
2 cups whole milk vanilla yogurt
½ cup strawberries, diced
¼ cup blueberries
¼ cup granola
Instructions
1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
2. Pour the yogurt evenly and spread it into a smooth layer about ½ inch thick.
3. Sprinkle strawberries, blueberries, and granola evenly on top. Gently press them into the yogurt.
4. For a fun twist, swirl in a bit of peanut butter and jam to make a Peanut Butter & Jelly Frozen Yogurt Bark.
5. Freeze flat for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
6. Break into pieces and enjoy straight from the freezer.
