Ingredients

2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

Instructions

1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.

3. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared sheet (about ¼ inch thick).

4. Top with berries, granola, and a light sprinkle of sea salt.

5. Freeze for 2–3 hours or until firm.

6. Once frozen, cut or break into pieces and serve immediately.

7. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
