How to Make Dalgona Coffee Popsicles

Creamy, bold, and refreshing—these Dalgona Coffee Popsicles combine coconut milk and whipped espresso into a layered frozen treat.

Ingredients

1 (14-ounce) can coconut milk or coconut cream (1 3/4 cups)

1/4 cup maple syrup

3 tablespoons instant espresso or mushroom coffee (Om mushroom coffee latte blend)

3 tablespoons granulated sugar (or additional maple syrup)

Instructions

1. In a small bowl, whisk coconut milk and maple syrup. Pour all but 1/4 cup into molds. Freeze slightly.

2. Whip coffee, sugar, and hot water until frothy. Add reserved sweetened milk and blend.

3. Spoon whipped coffee over coconut layer, swirl if desired.

4. Insert sticks and freeze until firm.

Notes

Use oat or almond milk for a lighter flavor. Add cinnamon for warmth or drizzle chocolate before serving.
