Ingredients
1 lb. seedless green grapes
1 (11-oz.) bag caramels
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup finely chopped raw or roasted peanuts (or chocolate chips/sprinkles)
Instructions
1. Wash grapes and pat them completely dry with paper towels.
2. In a small pot, melt caramels with heavy cream over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
3. Place peanuts on a plate. Using a toothpick, dip each grape halfway in caramel, then into peanuts.
4. Arrange on parchment paper and let cool. Reheat caramel gently if needed.
5. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 day.
Notes
You can substitute peanuts with crushed pretzels, coconut, or sprinkles for a creative twist.
For an adult version, soak grapes in vodka for 30 minutes before dipping—dry well before coating.
