Ingredients
Ground turkey 1 pound
Cooked rice 2 cups
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Garlic minced 2 cloves
Onion diced 1 small
Bell pepper chopped 1 cup
Chicken broth 1 cup
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Paprika 1 teaspoon
Salt ½ teaspoon
Black pepper ½ teaspoon
Green onions chopped for garnish
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
Add minced garlic and diced onion then sauté until softened
Add ground turkey and cook until browned breaking it apart with a spoon
Stir in chopped bell peppers and cook for another 2 minutes
Pour in chicken broth soy sauce paprika salt and black pepper then mix well
Add the cooked rice and stir everything together until well combined
Simmer for 5 minutes until the flavors meld together
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving
Notes
Use brown rice for a healthier option with more fiber
Add chili flakes or Sriracha for extra heat
