Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour

2 cups buttermilk
2 large eggs

Instructions
In a large bowl whisk together the flour baking powder baking soda sugar and salt
In another bowl beat the eggs then add the buttermilk melted butter and vanilla extract mixing well
Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients stirring gently until just combined with a few lumps remaining
Let the batter rest for 5 to 10 minutes to activate the leavening agents
Preheat a griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot surface for each pancake
Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side
