Ingredients
Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 can 10.5 oz
Canned or fresh green beans 4 cups
French-fried onions 1 1/2 cups
Milk 1/2 cup
Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Optional add-ins cheese garlic bacon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish
In a large bowl mix Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup milk and black pepper
Add green beans and half of the crispy onions stir until well coated
Transfer to the baking dish and spread evenly
Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly
Remove from the oven sprinkle remaining crispy onions on top
Return to oven for 5-10 minutes or until onions are golden brown
Let cool for a few minutes then serve warm
Notes
Use fresh or frozen green beans for a firmer texture
For extra creaminess stir in sour cream or shredded cheese
To prevent a soggy casserole drain canned green beans well before mixing
For a smoky twist add crumbled bacon to the mixture
