Ingredients
Ground beef 2 lbs
Lipton Onion Soup Mix 1 packet
Breadcrumbs 3/4 cup
Eggs 2 large
Milk 1/2 cup
Ketchup 1/4 cup
Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon
Optional glaze ketchup brown sugar Worcestershire sauce mix
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper
In a large bowl combine ground beef Lipton Onion Soup Mix breadcrumbs eggs milk ketchup and Worcestershire sauce
Mix gently until just combined avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan or on a baking sheet
Optional brush the top with the glaze mixture for extra flavor
Bake for 45-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing to retain moisture
Serve warm with mashed potatoes vegetables or your favorite side dish

For extra moisture soak the breadcrumbs in milk before mixing
