Description

This Shamrock Shake Pie is a minty, creamy no-bake dessert inspired by the classic green milkshake. With its cool texture and festive color, it’s the perfect easy treat for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale

1 (9-inch) pre-made graham cracker crust
1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup cold milk
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
46 drops green food coloring
1 1/2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
Optional: green sprinkles, whipped cream, maraschino cherries

Instructions

Whisk the pudding mix with cold milk in a mixing bowl until thickened. Stir in peppermint extract and green food coloring. Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy. Spread the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight. Before serving, top with whipped cream, sprinkles, and cherries if desired.

Notes

Use gel food coloring for a bolder green color. To make it denser, add 4 oz softened cream cheese to the filling. For a fun variation, try an Oreo crust or mix in chopped Andes mints.
