Description

This flavorful Ranch Chicken Breast without breadcrumbs is a quick, juicy, gluten-free dinner made with ranch seasoning, olive oil, and paprika.

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
½ teaspoon paprika
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste


Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to help the seasoning stick.
Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally to create thinner cutlets.
Rub the chicken with olive oil on all sides.
Sprinkle ranch seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper evenly over both sides of the chicken.
Place the chicken in a greased baking dish or on a lined sheet pan.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
