Description

These pepperoni pizza bombs are the ultimate cheesy, bite-sized snack packed with flavor. Perfect for parties or quick dinners!


Ingredients

1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
1620 pepperoni slices
½ cup pizza sauce, plus more for dipping
2 tablespoons melted butter
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheet.
Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
Add sauce, pepperoni, and cheese in the center.
Fold and seal into a ball.
Place seam-side down on the sheet.
Mix butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Brush bombs with butter mix, top with Parmesan.
Bake 15–17 minutes until golden.
Garnish with parsley and serve with sauce.

Notes

Don’t overfill to prevent bursting.
Use muffin tins for evenly shaped bombs.
