This cheesy, bacon-loaded chicken bake is rich, creamy, and packed with ranch flavor perfect for weeknight comfort food.
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1 cup shredded cheddar
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 packet ranch mix
1/4 cup milk
4 slices bacon, chopped
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper
Chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, ranch mix, milk, salt, and pepper. Lay chicken in a greased baking dish. Spread sauce on top. Add shredded cheese and bacon. Dot with butter. Cover and bake for 25–30 minutes, removing foil for the last 5. Garnish with green onions and serve.
Notes
Use thighs for a juicier version. Add jalapeños for spice. Best eaten fresh but reheats well.
