A comforting and easy chicken and rice casserole made with Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup Perfect for a quick family dinner


Ingredients

Chicken breasts
Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup
White rice
Chicken broth
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt and black pepper
Shredded cheese
Butter or olive oil


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F
In a large mixing bowl combine Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup chicken broth garlic powder onion powder salt and black pepper
Spread uncooked rice evenly in a greased baking dish
Pour half of the soup mixture over the rice
Place chicken breasts on top and season lightly
Pour the remaining soup mixture over the chicken
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes
Remove foil sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake uncovered for 10 more minutes
Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving

Notes

For extra flavor add fresh herbs like thyme or parsley
Use brown rice for a healthier option but adjust cooking time accordingly
