Ingredients

12 oz (340g) pasta (penne, fettuccine, or rigatoni)

1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin cheese (Garlic & Fine Herbs)

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp butter

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Optional Add-Ins

Instructions

Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente Reserve 1 cup of pasta water then drain the pasta

Make the Creamy Boursin Sauce
