Vegetable broth – 6 cups
Sweet potatoes – 2, peeled and cubed

Salt – 1 teaspoon or to taste
Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
Red pepper flakes – 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon


Instructions

Preparing the Vegetables and Greens
Wash the spinach and kale thoroughly to remove any dirt
