Instructions

In a large bowl whisk together flour baking powder sugar and salt
In another bowl mix milk oil vanilla extract and vinegar until well combined
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined leaving some lumps in the batter
Let the batter rest for 5 to 10 minutes to help the pancakes become fluffier
Lightly grease the heated pan with a small amount of oil or butter
