Description
A vibrant and creamy Easter Jello Pie made with whipped topping, fruity jello cubes, and a graham cracker crust the ultimate no-bake spring dessert!
Ingredients
1 ready-made graham cracker crust (9-inch)
1 box (3 oz) strawberry jello
1 box (3 oz) lime jello
1 box (3 oz) orange jello
2 cups boiling water (divided)
2 cups cold water (divided)
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
Optional: pastel sprinkles or mini marshmallows for topping
Instructions
Prepare each jello flavor in a separate dish using 1 cup boiling water and 1 cup cold water per box.
Refrigerate the jello for at least 4 hours until completely set.
Cut the firm jello into small cubes, about ½ inch in size.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the whipped topping and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Gently fold in the jello cubes using a rubber spatula to avoid breaking them.
Transfer the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
Refrigerate the pie for an additional 2 hours or until firm.
Top with pastel sprinkles or mini marshmallows just before serving.
Notes
You can substitute flavors like blue raspberry or grape for a different color combination. For homemade crust, combine 1½ cups crushed graham crackers with 6 tablespoons melted butter and press into a pie dish.
