Black Beans drained and rinsed 1 can 15 oz
Diced Tomatoes with juice 1 can 28 oz
Tomato Paste 1 can 6 oz
Beef Broth 1 cup
Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Cayenne Pepper optional 1/2 tsp
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked then drain any excess fat
Transfer the cooked beef to the slow cooker
Add diced onions minced garlic beans diced tomatoes tomato paste and beef broth
