Description
These Crockpot Steak Bites are slow-cooked to juicy perfection in a rich garlic butter sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights, this recipe delivers tender bites of beef with minimal prep and maximum flavor. Comfort food made easy and delicious!
Ingredients
2 pounds sirloin or top round steak cut into 1-inch cubes, 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 5 cloves garlic minced, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley (garnish), optional red pepper flakes
Instructions
Cut steak into cubes and sear in a skillet with olive oil for added flavor (optional). In a bowl, melt butter and mix with minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place steak bites into Crockpot, pour garlic butter sauce over, and stir to coat. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 4 hours. Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
Searing adds flavor but can be skipped for faster prep. Use a tender cut of beef like sirloin or chuck. Add mushrooms or pearl onions for variety. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days or freeze for 3 months.
