Description
This creamy Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip is packed with shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce for the ultimate spicy, cheesy appetizer perfect for game day or any gathering.
Ingredients
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Chopped green onions or parsley, for garnish
Instructions
Shred the cooked chicken into small pieces if not already prepared.
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a 3 to 4-quart crockpot.
Cook on LOW for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally to help everything melt and combine smoothly.
Once hot and bubbly, stir again and switch the crockpot to WARM setting for serving.
Top with chopped green onions or parsley before serving.
Notes
Rotisserie chicken saves prep time and adds great flavor.
Adjust buffalo sauce to taste for more or less heat.
Add a splash of milk if the dip thickens too much over time.
Blue cheese dressing or crumbles can be used as a substitute for ranch or mozzarella.
