Crispy Salmon Bites are bite-sized, golden, and packed with bold flavor. Perfect for dipping, snacking, or serving over salads and bowls, this easy seafood recipe is both healthy and satisfying.
Ingredients
1 lb fresh salmon, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 egg
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray or oil
Lemon wedges and herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F or oven to 425°F. Pat salmon dry. In one bowl, whisk egg and mustard. In another, mix panko, Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Dip salmon in egg, then in coating. Place in air fryer or on a baking sheet. Spray lightly with oil. Air fry for 10–12 minutes or bake for 15 minutes until golden. Serve warm with dipping sauce.
Notes
Use fresh salmon for best texture. Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days. Reheat in air fryer for best crispiness.
