This Chicken and Noodles Crock Pot recipe is the ultimate cozy meal. Made with tender shredded chicken, wide egg noodles, and a creamy, savory broth, it’s the perfect slow-cooked comfort food to warm up any day.
Ingredients
2–3 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 4 cups chicken broth, 1 small diced onion, 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp dried thyme, 2 cups wide egg noodles, ½ cup heavy cream or milk (optional), fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Add chicken, broth, soup, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme to Crock Pot. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours. Shred chicken and return to pot. Stir in egg noodles and cook on high for 15–20 minutes. Add cream if using and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
Use thighs for extra tenderness. Add frozen peas or carrots for more veggies. Stir in cream cheese or Boursin for extra richness. Best served fresh, but reheats well with a splash of broth.
