Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds beef sandwich steak, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 crusty sandwich rolls
Sautéed onions (optional)
Sautéed mushrooms (optional)
4 slices provolone cheese
Horseradish sauce (optional)
Instructions
Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl and season the beef slices.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear beef slices for 1-2 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
Toast sandwich rolls lightly.
Layer beef slices, optional sautéed onions and mushrooms, and provolone cheese on each roll.
Drizzle with horseradish sauce if desired.
