Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 slices thick-cut bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sear chicken on both sides until browned but not cooked through.
Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
Cook bacon until crisp and set aside.
