Description

Crispy and golden Air Fryer Baked Garlic Parmesan Potatoes made with baby potatoes, garlic, Parmesan, and herbs a perfect side for any meal.


Ingredients

pounds baby potatoes, halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

Wash and halve baby potatoes.
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
Add potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan over potatoes and toss again until well coated.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Place potatoes cut-side down in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 15–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Remove and serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
