Ingredients
Green cabbage shredded 3 cups
Eggs 3 large
Garlic minced 2 cloves
Onion chopped 1 small
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Salt ½ teaspoon
Black pepper ½ teaspoon
Cooking oil 1 tablespoon
Optional chili flakes sesame seeds
Instructions
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat
Add chopped onions and minced garlic sauté until fragrant
Add shredded cabbage and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until slightly softened but still crunchy
Push the cabbage to one side of the pan and pour in the beaten eggs
Scramble the eggs gently until cooked then mix with the cabbage
Add soy sauce salt and black pepper stir well to combine
Cook for another 2 minutes then remove from heat and serve warm

Use fresh cabbage for the best texture and flavor
For a low-sodium version use low-sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
For a richer taste cook the eggs in butter instead of oil
Red cabbage can be used instead of green cabbage for a different flavor and color
