Description

This creamy, flavorful Boursin pasta recipe is quick, easy, and utterly delicious. Ingredients

12 oz (340g) pasta such as penne, fettuccine, or rigatoni

1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin cheese with Garlic & Fine Herbs

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 cloves garlic minced

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish optional


Instructions

Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil

Add the pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions

Reserve 1 cup of pasta water then drain the pasta and set aside

2. Prepare the Creamy Boursin Sauce

In a large pan heat olive oil and butter over medium heat

Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant

Pour in the heavy cream and stir gently

Crumble in the Boursin cheese and stir until fully melted into a smooth creamy sauce

Add salt pepper and Parmesan cheese stirring until well combined

3. Combine Pasta with Sauce

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce

Toss well until the pasta is evenly coated with the creamy Boursin sauce

If the sauce is too thick add a splash of the reserved pasta water to adjust consistency

4. Garnish and Serve

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and an extra sprinkle of Parmesan if desired

Finish with freshly cracked black pepper for added flavor
