Chicken breast sliced 2 pieces
Shrimp peeled and deveined 1/2 lb
Pasta fettuccine or penne 8 oz
Heavy cream 1 cup
Parmesan cheese grated 1/2 cup
Garlic minced 3 cloves
Butter 2 tbsp
Salt and black pepper to taste
Italian seasoning 1 tsp

Chicken thighs diced 2 pieces
Shrimp peeled and deveined 1/2 lb
Andouille sausage sliced 6 oz
Rice 1 cup
Bell peppers chopped 1 cup
Onion chopped 1/2 cup
Tomatoes diced 1 can 14 oz
Chicken broth 2 cups
Cajun seasoning 1 tbsp

Instructions
Garlic Butter Chicken and Shrimp Skillet
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
Season chicken with salt pepper and paprika then cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown
Add butter and minced garlic to the pan and cook for another minute
Toss in the shrimp and lemon juice cooking until shrimp turns pink about 2 to 3 minutes
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately
Creamy Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo Pasta
Cook pasta according to package instructions drain and set aside
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat add chicken and cook until golden brown remove and set aside
Add shrimp to the same skillet cook until pink then remove and set aside
Sauté garlic in the skillet for 1 minute then pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer
Stir in Parmesan cheese salt black pepper and Italian seasoning until smooth
Return cooked chicken and shrimp to the skillet mix well and combine with the cooked pasta
Serve hot with extra Parmesan on top

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat cook diced chicken until browned then remove and set aside
Add sausage and cook for a few minutes until slightly crispy then remove and set aside
Add bell peppers onions and tomatoes to the pan and cook for 5 minutes until softened
Stir in rice and Cajun seasoning mix everything together
Pour in chicken broth bring to a boil then lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes
In the last 5 minutes add shrimp cooked chicken and sausage back into the pan
Cook until shrimp is pink and fully cooked then serve hot
