Ingredients

1 ¼ cups milk

3 tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil for dairy-free
½ cup chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl whisk together flour baking powder salt and sugar
In a separate bowl mix the milk egg melted butter and vanilla extract until well combined
Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients stirring gently until just combined lumps are okay
Fold in the chocolate chips
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil
Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the hot pan for each pancake
