Paprika
Lemon juice
Fresh parsley
Optional: Parmesan cheese
Optional: Breadcrumbs
Optional: Heavy cream
Optional: Dijon mustard
Instructions
Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Place chicken in the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
Squeeze lemon juice over the cooked chicken and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
Serve immediately or let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and plating.
Optional: Add Parmesan or a simple mustard cream sauce for extra flavor.
Notes
To ensure even cooking, pound the chicken to a uniform 1/4-inch thickness. You can substitute chicken tenders if needed. For a crispy version, dredge the chicken in seasoned breadcrumbs before pan-frying.
